Return & Cancellation Policy
Life Care Herbal & Ayurvedic, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we aim to make this process as easy and straightforward as possible. Please review our return policy below:
1. General Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within 5 working days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Products must be in the original packaging, with all seals and labels intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care items and supplements
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorised, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us, along with a return authorization number (RAN).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include any documentation, manuals, or accessories that came with the product, and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Processing Time:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at Lifecareherbalayurvedic@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
